OUR STORY

Since 1914 when Rodes opened its first men's shop, Rodes has been a family-first, family run, American company that believes QUALITY IS THE FABRIC OF LIFE. We believe in INTERNATIONAL STYLE AND LOCAL TRADITIONS. We know that good service never goes out of style and that RELATIONSHIPS ARE PRICELESS. We think STYLE IS TIMELESS and clothes should be the perfect expression of YOU. We believe in made-to-measure and tailored to fit. We see ART IN THE MIX and have the eye to produce the whole.

Rodes Community Engagement

Rodes City Run 10K

Rodes has been a part of Louisville for nearly 110 years, and we care deeply for the local community.  We are engaged with a variety of organizations whose missions enrich and empower people in Louisville. A heartfelt thank you to all of the organizers, sponsors, and attendees who donate their expertise, services, time, and money to make these events possible.

Kids Fun Run

One fun, healthy morning can change a child's life forever...

The last event was the 39th running of the Rodes City Run 10k, which was the second leg of the Triple Crown of Running held each year as part of the Derby Festival in the spring.

100% of donations went to the WHAS Crusade toward helping children with special needs and their families.

We started sponsoring this event in 1981 and have loved every year.  Thank you to everyone who helped support the event for Louisville's children with special needs.

Rodes For Him & For Her

A night for the body, mind, and spirit.

About 400 women (and man-divas) celebrated the 19th annual Derby Divas fundraiser this year which raises money to offset the cost of mammograms for underserved women in our community.

All proceeds from the event benefit the Norton Cancer Institute Breast Health Program.

Rodes and Bittners have alternately hosting this incredible event for Gilda's Club of Louisville. The annual event raises over $800,000 annually!

Gilda's Club believes that living with cancer is not a choice, but how you live with it is. Gilda's provides a free, non-residential place where men, women and children with cancer, along with their families and friends, join with others to build social and emotional support.

All proceeds from this event benefit the Gilda's Club of Louisville.
